I. THE PURPOSE:
A. Encouraging the practice of the game - science in children and youth of the community.

II. ORGANIZATION:
The Second Inter-School Tournament Chess "THE NEW KING OF THE BOARD" is organized by NEIL ARMSTRONG Private Educational Institution with the school of chess "JULITO MAGIC AND EDUCATING YOUR MOVING PARTS" as part of our work programs.
III. PARTICIPANTS: Participants

IV. GAME SYSTEM:
will play five rounds (Swiss system) do not disqualify all participate until the end.
V. REGISTRATION:

VII. CATEGORIES OF

* The categories will be played as a minimum of 6 players and maximum of 40.

VIII. THE SCHEDULE:
- Presentation
- Opening
9:30 to 10:00 Am - Round 1: 10:00 to 10:40 a.m.
- Round 2: 10:50 to 11:30 a.m.
- Round 3: 11:40 to 12:20 p.m.
- 4th Round: 12:30 to 1:10 pm
Presentation: AJEDRETON
- Recess: 1:10 to 2:00 pm
- 5th round: 2:00 to 2:40 pm
- Clausura (Awards): 03:00 pm
IX. THE PACE OF GAME:
A. Players will have tolerance of 05 minutes to show up to work, carried it wo declare

XI. ARBITRATION:
