So with great patience, a lot of glue and a lot of experimentation, I tried to reuse these pieces to create new ones. I always thought that our history is the sum of all the stories that came before us . And I think the jewels are able to transmit love, excitement and adventure of the past, so for me a gem old, broken or "dirty" (as they say a friend who accompanied me to hunt antiques) has much more value than a shiny new design . Maybe it's because I know that with a little care and effort these pieces again to shine. And I can not help but wonder what the women felt that they took earlier. Were they happy?
