TOURNAMENT RULES
I. INTRODUCTION:
PRIOR OPENING OF OUR CLUB OUR CHESS "Georgi KASTANIEDA TSOUNOVA" STONE BRIDGE DISTRICT.
II. PLACE GAME: ACADEMY
Euclid JIRON SAENZ PEÑA 574 (HOSPITAL SIDE OF STONE BRIDGE)
III. PARTICIPANTS:
The tournament will be open for all categories.
NOTE: CAN NOT ENTER players ranked
IV. REGISTRATION:
The registration fee is S/.10.00 (includes lonchess) Participants may register up to half an hour before the first round.
V. PACE OF GAME:
30 minutes to finish
- The first 6 tables play clock. SCHEDULE
1st Round: Saturday Feb. 20 3:00 pm.
2nd Round: Saturday Feb. 20 4:00 p m.
3rd Round: Saturday Feb. 20 5:00 pm.
Round 4: Saturday 20 February 6:00 pm.
5th round: Saturday February 20 7:00 pm.
the 6th Round: Saturday Feb. 27 9:00 am.
the 7th Round: Saturday Feb. 27 10:00 am.
Closing: Saturday February 27 11:00 am.
VI. COMPETITION:
The tournament is individual with a pace of play 30 minutes per player, will be used with 7 rounds Swiss system. The score is 1 point (won game), 0.5 points (tied game) and 0 (start missing). In case of a tie for award positions apply the following tiebreaker system in the following order:
a) average rate of progressive
b) Bucholz
c) Only for first place will play an additional 5 minutes.
VII. TOLERANCE:
be 10 minutes after starting the first game from the following items will not have to be specific tolerance.
VIII. AWARDS: 1 st
Occupation: S /. Medal + 70 + 2 °
Diploma Occupation: S /. 30.00 + medal + diploma
3 rd Place: Chess Book + Medal + Diploma
* Best Woman: Book of Chess + Diploma
IX. CONDUCT OF PLAYERS:
A) The player who loses a game by forfeit (wo) will be removed, unless justified by the next round matchup.
B) During the games the players are prohibited from:
1) Talk to each other or the public.
2) Distract your opponent in any way.
3) Have cell phones turned on.
4) Let the games room without permission of the referee.
5) Promote the discipline before, during and / or after the tournament.
C) Violations of these provisions will be reported to the organizers and the referee.
